Each part will be a two hour Yin Yoga Chakra Exploration workshop exploring your powerful energetic Chakra system to experience deep healing and transformation.  This energy exploration will strengthen your mind and body awareness, support personal growth and greater sense of self. All Chakra workshops will offer a sequence of yin yoga poses to specifically target your energy centres and tap into the limitless power of your energy body.
