As the sun sets on the last few days of a warm and radiant summer, we transition into the magnificent and bountiful season of fall. This is an extraordinary time to take a natural pause in a blissful natural setting to establish a new connection with your inner self.
Give yourself this deeply nurturing and healing time to explore and investigate the innermost layers of who you are on a soul level. This will be an opportunity for you to calm the constant flow of emotions and thoughts, with the intention of creating a sense of greater inner balance and peace. Connect to your endless heights of innate wisdom which will raise your awareness and inner vibrations to the highest levels of consciousness and freedom.
Each morning will begin with meditation and stillness. Saturday morning will be sacred and silent, to heighten your inner soul connection. There will be a slow flowing movement practice after a light breakfast. There will be an abundance of time for you to explore your lakefront home for the weekend. There are hundreds of acres of unspoiled wilderness to recharge and rejuvenate your soul and a lake for soothing swim. Later in the afternoon on Saturday, there will be a peaceful restorative yoga practice. Experience quiet and introspective yin yoga practices each evening to prepare you for a restful sleep.
